1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using wallet-airdrops.com ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WalletAirdrops.
2. Description of Service
WalletAirdrops is an independent, third-party platform that facilitates USDT (TRC-20) airdrop claims on the TRON network. The Platform requires connection through the Trust Wallet mobile app DApp browser. This service is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Trust Wallet or any of its parent companies.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the airdrop, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction; (b) have a valid Trust Wallet with TRON network support enabled; (c) access the Platform exclusively through the Trust Wallet mobile DApp browser; (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in token airdrops is prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Wallet Connection & Approval
When you connect your Trust Wallet to the Platform, you authorize the Platform to read your public wallet address. The claim process requires you to approve a USDT token transaction via the Trust Wallet interface. You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any transaction before approving it. The Platform never requests, stores, or has access to your private keys or seed phrases.
5. Token Distribution
Claimed USDT tokens are delivered to your wallet within 24 hours of a successful submission. The Platform does not guarantee any specific delivery time and reserves the right to modify distribution parameters, timelines, or eligibility criteria at any time. Each eligible address may claim tokens only once.
6. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with participating in the airdrop and any transactions you approve through your wallet.
7. Risks and Disclaimers
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Network congestion, smart contract issues, or unforeseen technical problems may delay or prevent token distribution. You acknowledge the inherent risks of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including but not limited to: price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and potential loss of funds. Use at your own caution.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; (b) attempt to claim tokens using falsified identities or manipulated wallet data; (c) exploit vulnerabilities in the smart contract or Platform infrastructure; (d) use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletAirdrops and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, participation in the airdrop, or any tokens received, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
10. Modifications
WalletAirdrops reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
